Für den Fall, dass Du ein oder mehrere Artikel umtauschen möchtest, müssen folgende Bedingungen für eine Rücksendung erfüllt sein:
- Du befindest Dich innerhalb des 14-tägigen Widerrufsrechts.
- Falls der Artikel beschädigt ist, darfst Du es nicht gewesen sein.
- Der Artikel muss sauber sein und darf weder Flecken noch Haare oder Staub aufweisen.
Der Umtausch ist kostenfrei!
Deine Bestellung kannst du über das Retourenportal einfach Umtauschen. Darunter kannst du dein Umtausch ankündigen und bekommst somit auch gleich die Versandlabels per E-Mail zugeschickt.
